I always forget to get the girls name who works the drive through window , but her customer service is amazing and has kept us coming back to this location. Food is always consistently great.
Update . Went again today. Found out the girls name is Jackie, she is amazing, got a little sad because it seemed like her boss was being hard on her ( maybe bad day ) but , Jackie shined through it with the smile we know“
“Their chicken, combos, and food in general are so good. I am always excited to try out their food. Their service are always top notch and convenient. Their drive thru service are also great too. I rarely have any problems coming to this restaurant. Very affordable and convenient. Easy enough for me to come back“

She handled the situation with professionalism, patience, and excellent problem-solving skills. Instead of just fixing the issue, she took the time to really listen, understand my concerns, and make things right in a way that made me feel heard and valued as a customer.
Cecilia stayed calm, positive, and respectful the entire time, which helped me calm down as well. She quickly resolved the problem with my order and went above and beyond to ensure I left feeling satisfied. “I usually do mobile orders to this location. The food is always ready on time, most of the time hot and correct except they forget the sauces more often than not. So it's a good thing to double check on those. The place is well kept. It's in a questionable area but the establishment doesn't reflect that. Didn't get5 Stars because there hasn't been anything that was stand out. It's always been a Basic to be expected experience. But they have been all good experiences.“
