I’m extremely disappointed with the service here. The staff never seem to get the order right, and today was the last straw. I asked for fries and was given red beans and rice instead. I ordered spicy chicken strips, and only two were spicy while the third was classic.
It’s frustrating to pay for food and still not receive what you asked for. The mistakes are constant, and it shows a lack of attention and care. I won’t be returning until they can get it...read full review
We went at 6:45 and they were out of tenders in all three flavors and chicken breasts🤯 WTF? we paid for a large red beans and rice and got none! Completely unacceptable!!! You had one job! Chicken!!!
