Prost Brewing Company Reviews
Had the Vienna Lager. Really good. I would recommend this place to everyone who likes beer.
I'm a German beer guy. You can't do better than Prost for German style pilsners, lagers, Helles, and Kolsh. I'm not a wheat or dark beer drinker so I can't talk to those but what I do like, they have, and they brew it well.
Overall, a nice piece of Germany in Colorado.
I visited the new Prost Brewing in Northglenn this past Sunday for an event my business partner and I hosted. We had the most fantastic experience! Not only are the drinks amazing (I highly recommend the tangerine seltzer and the espresso martini), food was delicious, atmosphere lively, but staff was friendly and super easy to work with as well. We really appreciated management working with us to host our event here! We will absolutely be back!!!

Prost Brewing Company in Denver is a popular spot known for its German-style food truck and beer. The beer hall has a great atmosphere, and the patio offers a view of downtown. They offer a variety of German beers, as well as some "rule breaker" options. The food truck serves delicious food, and the beer is brewed at Avery in Boulder. The music and friendly staff are also highlights of the Prost Brewing Company experience. The new location is awesome, with killer beer and cool bartenders who give a shit. The food truck is also amazing. Prost Brewing Company is described as a cool, dog-friendly spot with a good vibe and food, though the parking can be challenging. Cocktails and mocktails were a bit overpriced.
