I enjoyed David’s class today. It was very informative and he is a great teacher. He allowed us to ask a lot of questions and gave very detailed answers from either books or his own experiences. In todays class we made sourdough bread, starter, pizza, & pita bread. Can’t wait to make my own sourdough bread at home. If we have any questions, David asked us to reach out to him. Rely on all of the five-star reviews! A truly talented baker with the best bread in Denver. Can't go wrong with any of the breads, but I dream about the raisin wheat -- amazing!
