Visited on a Tuesday around dinner time, and the experience was incredibly disappointing from start to finish. We were told the dining area was “full” and that the only option was to sit at the bar—which would have been fine if there were actually clean tables to sit at.

Your hours on the website and maps are wrong. Or you closed two hour early. Fix something. It literally takes a minute to update a website, anyone with the ability to type could do it.
I been to a couple and I like them both.
