Went to Safta for the first time last night and had one of the best meals I’ve had in Denver in a long time. The service was great, everything we ordered was unique and delicious in its own way. The lamb shank was the highlight for me and my wife loved the chicken. We will definitely be frequent flyers at Safta from here on out!
Wow!! What an amazing dining experience. This is our son's favorite restaurant so we took him here for his 29th birthday with his girlfriend. The food was so delicious- we shared plates and more- we loved the baba ganoush, crispy eggplant,soft egg hummus, whipped feta, Israeli salad and more! I had a great experience at Safta! The food was absolutely amazing, with bold flavors and thoughtful presentation. As a vegan, I really appreciated that the staff knew all the plant-based offerings and could clearly explain the modifications needed. The service overall was decent, and the vibe of the restaurant was warm and inviting. Just a heads up—it can be a little tricky to find the entrance.
