Saigon Terrace offers delicious food and great service. The pho was hands down good, and the combination lo mein was pretty tasty. The crab cheese wontons are amazing, and the vermicelli bowl with chicken was flavorful with fresh veggies. The young server was empathetic when the payment system issue arose, showing great customer service. Reasonable prices make this restaurant highly recommended.
