“It was morning and I wanted to get a sandwich. Roberto made my morning an exceptional experience with his kindness, jovial attitude and general love for the world. He made me smile and I, of course, had to tip such awesome behavior!!! Also, the team were all very sweet and friendly. Had a yummy sandwich that was enhanced by the amazing service I received! The sandwich was warm and toasty, I got the rocket sandwich and added two sausage patties. Yummy! They were generous with the ingredients. 5 stars for this spot!! “Campo has the freshest food in Denver, hands down. I’m hooked, and my wallet isn’t thrilled about it. Every single thing I’ve ordered here exceeds my expectations. It’s fresh, healthy and delicious, and the two owners make you feel like family. Plus, the prices are very reasonable given the quality of the food. I recently called to ask if I could place an order and have them set it outside since I had COVID. One of the owners said he’d be more than happy to, but then mentioned they offer delivery. When my order arrived, it came with a sweet little note and an extra treat to boost my immune system. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Blue Magic with peanut butter instead of cashew butter is a must-try, or go for the caprese sandwich. And their avocado toast? Absolutely smothered in avocado and so, so good.“

“My husband and I are from Colorado Springs and we had family in town from Maryland and we took them to Lou’s this past Thursday for lunch. My husband and I have never been there either. What a WONDERFUL experience and the food was INCREDIBLE!!! My husband and I bought the premade rigatoni bolognese to take home for a dinner after our family left. This evening when we went to cook it we weren’t sure on the temperature or timeframe. I called Lou’s and the gentleman remembered us and gave me instructions. Super Awesome folks with delicious food. “Cheba Hut is a pretty cool place! I had never heard of it until visiting CO. The sandwiches are inspired by some pretty prominent "herbs" if you know what I mean. My sandwich The La Canna did not disappoint. It may look small, but it was actually filling. I love a good Italian style sub. “My husband and I discovered this place late in our time living in Denver but it is so freaking good. The cheesesteak is amazing and dirty in a good way. The Mac and cheese is so rich you can have three bites before you feel nuts (also in a good way). All the sandwiches are amazing, our personal favorite outside the cheesesteak is the chicken Caesar wrap and the Caprese with added sundried tomato aioli. The guys who work there and the owner are really cool, just making damn good food. We had our last meal here tonight and the owner hooked it up with something special which was so unnecessary but much appreciated and indicative of the hospitality they put out. Cannot recommend this place enough, it’s a true hidden gem in Avanti“
