To anyone considering stopping by, you should! The food was fantastic and they have amazing staff as well! Will and Robby were very friendly from the moment I walked in and had great sandwich suggestions. 100% will return!

Amidst the food desert that is the five points neighborhood this place is an oasis of goodness. Amazing sandwiches, bowls, and if you crave a taste of Hawaii they e got musubi on deck. Definitely recommend. I'd say it's the best ban mi east of federal.

Best Bahn Mi in Denver CO, easy. I lived in SE Asia last year and this is a top shelf sandwich shop. They make each one with the love they would put into making it for themselves. ?
Fresh ingredients!
Many Spicey Sandwich Options if you like that, but also ability to not be spicey.
The bowls look really good too.

Give your money to this local business. One of the best Bahn Mi’s close to Metropolitan Denver. I’d say the star is the Vietnamese Iced Coffee - reasonably priced, smooth, and not too sweet with just enough kick. Outdoor seating is perfect for parties of two (though I imagine you could combine tables to accommodate more). Location was charming with ample parking and other small businesses to peruse (Sun Market). Service was caring and delightful. Thank you to the two gentleman who cooked and delivered our meals, respectively. The classic Bahn Mi was surprisingly delicious and we ate the leftovers later*. Earlier reviews about the bread were true - great quality.

* My only criticism is when you bit into the Bahn Mi, vegetables were on one side of the sandwich and meat on the other, resulting in an uneven bite. This is a feasibly fixable critique of the sandwich, but overall, we tasted noticeably fresh ingredients and appreciated the attention in the delivery.

Delicious Bahn mi. Great prices considering the sandwiches are large with a lot of filling. Easy to order online and friendly staff!

This place has potential, but it depends if you go on a good day. We’ve gone 3 times and had 3 very different experiences. Visit #2 was good, but the other sandwiches weren’t great. #1 destroyed our mouths with old bread. #3 was desperately missing the flavor that we had on our second trip.

I’ve had it 3 times, 2/3 times the bahn mi was alright and once it was delicious. The issue 2/3 times is that the bread/meat was dry. The other time the bread was super fresh and the chicken was very juicy. Would love to see the sandwiches get even more dialed in!

Was really hoping this was going to be great. These are not traditional Vietnamese banh mi sandwiches.
The meat lacks that marinated flavor and the sandwich is dry. Hardly any pickles veggies on it and they’re lacking that sweet pickled flavor also.
If you want a great banh mi, go to The Baker’s Palace on Federal. I should have gone there but wanted to see what this spot was about.
Super bummed.
