Super delicious and authentic! Juan, the manager, is super friendly and does what he can to make sure you have a wonderful experience there. Everything tasted great! The pita was soft and fluffy, the hummus, unbelievably smooth and creamy, and the meat shawarma was absolutely delicious! Definitely going back again and again.
This place is at Junction food hall and is absolutely delicious. The pita is seasoned and pairs perfectly with their hummus, which features a few whole chickpeas along with the blended hummus for a fun texture. I purchased a chicken bowl and it was filling and packed with flavor. My food was ready super quickly too. Highly recommend!
As someone who has spent their entire life in the hospitality biz, I can tell you that Shawarma Shack is blessed to have a lovely gent named Juan running the show. This man understands hospitality and you can see his passion and concern for the business. Such professionalism - mixed with genuine warmth! And did I Mention that the food rocks, too. Thanks to Juan, we will be back soon!
