Smashburger Reviews
What a disappointment to the fullest extent. Burger was rock hard and given a bag of wet vegetables to construct my own burger 😂 why the hell would I want to pay 15$ for a trashy burger that I have to put together myself!!! What a joke! The bag of vegetables leaked all over my bag an my clothes and now I get to spend the rest of my day smelling like fresh wet onion! I will never go back and I strongly recommend NOT EATING here.
Customer service beyond terrible. Old lady bartender should consider retiring seeing as how she’s severely lacking in customer service skills. 0/5
Melissa the bar sever is rude and unprofessional. My first time visiting didn’t know you had to wait in line for a table to get a beer to go. After he being such a rude person. I waited in line just to be told by another person to go to bar back for to go beer. These days customer service is going down hill. A smile is all it takes sometimes. And yes I was a nice Karen

Smashburger at Denver Airport offers a convenient dining experience with both sit-down and takeout options available near gate B30. The burger is highly recommended, though a bit greasy, and the fries are thinner but tasty. While the prices may be slightly higher, the takeout line moves quickly. The staff are friendly and efficient, ensuring a pleasant experience for customers. Although some may experience delays in order fulfillment, the overall atmosphere and food quality make Smashburger a great choice for a meal while traveling. Recently, some customers noted that the service can be slow during busy times, especially when the restaurant is short-staffed. However, many also enjoyed the fun airport atmosphere, good service, and delicious meals, including the smashburger, sweet potato fries, and grilled Caesar salad. Overall, Smashburger remains a favored stop for travelers looking for a satisfying meal.
