The server was super helpful in providing substitutions to make the Bravocoado toast vegan where she offered to substitute hash browns for the parmesan greens and could substitute either scrambled tofu or soy chorizo for the eggs. I also pointed out that the red onion honey jam contained honey so she substituted pickled onions. Added some hot sauce (because everything is better spicy) and this was so delicious!!
If you have time to sit and eat at DIA while waiting for your flight, highly recommend stopping here. Had a late breakfast — strong latte + Bravocado Toast, a take on a avocado toast that included two eggs and a superb sweet onion relish that made the dish. Lovely food, easy walk up and eat at the bar and the non-breakfast options look lovely also. Bon appetit!
The atmosphere here, even though we were in the airport, it was like walking into a time machine. Reminded me of the early 90s going to breakfast with my mom and dad. Food was good and staff was friendly!
