Legitimately the nicest and friendliest out of all of the Starbucks that I have been to on this side of Denver. And I have been to, A lot of them. And a lot of them suck. This one, must be the management or the hiring or something cause these people are the real deal, respectful courteous friendly they actually do customer service here. Absolutely blows some (all) of the other local starbucks out of the water. By a long shot.

My most popular go to order is a Trenta green iced tea. Although he didn’t make my drink, Josh recognized me and asked if it was sweet enough. I always have problems perfecting the sweetness because each Starbucks is different and can have a half pump or a full pump pumper. He went out of his way to make sure my “basic” drink was to my satisfaction and this is the true definition of customer service! Thank you Josh

This is the most chill, welcoming, friendly, Starbucks in the city. The managers are very cool and so are all the employees. Fast service and idk what else to say other than they do everything right but when they do make a rare mistake they’ll. Correct it for you, no problem.

I accidentally placed an online order for the wrong store, but they were understanding and still made my order. They were fast and very nice, overall a very good experience.
I can't count how many times this location messes up my order. I've ordered a PSL and got a Chai Tea. I order vanilla lattes, and there's no vanilla. This happens ALL THE TIME!!

They have an amazing selection of coffee for sale. Some of the reserve blends in addition to the regular coffee you will find elsewhere.The Barista was super helpful in sharing their favorites with me and the black Friday buy a drink and save 30% made it the perfect time to try it!I still believe when you place a mobile order and it's extra hot it should have a stopper in it. I have seen an increase in this practice and I am grateful when I do.My hope is one day every Barista will extend this courtesy to your customers!

I ordered 6 coffees and asked for a coffee lid hole sticker and the barista said they didn't have any, first Starbucks I know that doesn't have any.

I usually always have a great experience here. I told my boyfriend to specifically drive to this one even though we have TWO SB's 2 minutes away. The blonde teen girl at the window was extremely rude 9/24 11:30am, slammed the window & ignored my boyfriend when he asked for a straw. As a guest service rep, I am very disappointed.
