One of the best peppermint hot chocolate drinks ever. Would’ve received 5 stars on service except that their label machine malfunctioned and it wasn’t discovered untilI had waited about 10 minutes.
We came here on Christmas morning. Thank you for being open on the holiday! The place was quiet, with mostly mobile order pick ups. It was disappointing, however, to see the Starbucks staff taking up the comfy lounge chairs with their work. Five stars to the friendly barista with the long hair and two stars to the grumpy, rude barista in the Christmas sweater. Bah, humbug! The drinks were good, though I wish they'd put the cinnamon, milks, etc. out on the server again.

days ago NEW I have never been treated so rude as today. I did a mobile order 10 min ahead. Went through drive thru and let the person know I had a mobile order gave them my name. Waited 15 min in line got to the window and told the girl my name again and she starts giving me a lecture about ordering sooner. I’m like it’s been 25 min.
