I stayed at the McGregor square this last weekend and so far it was great coming into this Starbucks! The baristas made me feel at home and always recommended me new coffee ideas which I love by the way. I will definitely be coming back here !
Wow I’ve never been to a Starbucks where the people working there are not customer service oriented at all. I walked up to counter to purchase a drink while both women at front were doing inventory or something & I was not acknowledged for at least 30 seconds, not even friendly hello or acknowledgement . I was kind of nervous coming here because of the reviews, but I will be honest and clear. This Starbucks is amazing when I went, all the staff seemed in a great mood dancing and enjoying the music which by the way (great music) but from these last complaints and reviews I seen there has been some change.
