You know its a good coffee shop when the Baristas know video games and help heal a fever before work

Normally love this place, but when picking up on online order on the morning of Sunday, Sept 14, one of the baristas working was pretty condescending and rude.
Definitely want to give it another shot, but am a little more hesitant now after that experience.

Iced earl gray and hot pumpkin latte were both somehow very watered down. For two $5/$6 drinks, I wife and I would not recommend.

Great coffee and chill spot to catch up on some work. Limited street parking so try in back.

My favorite coffee shop in the area!! IMO, Kochi has the BEST drip and cold brew coffee (the dark roast is to die for) and the best service/staff - so friendly and kind!! Also love that they have several GF options. If you're in the area, you NEED to stop by! Thanks for always making my day, Kochi!

Beautiful little locally owned coffee shop right on 8th. Cute and trendy area with several other coffee shops but I can say with certainty that this is the best one in the neighborhood.

I’m all for women owned businesses, but almost seems as if being a male guest, you are treated differently.. have never felt welcome out of the 5 times I tried this place.
Was ordering lattes but they could not make it kids temp. Asked for Luke warm and still extremely over cooked milk. Rude manager
Even tried telling them luke warm and still comes out hot. Never had this issue anywhere else.

On Sunday 8/3 I was walking around the neighborhood asking businesses if they had a community board to hang event posters. I am promoting a free concert to the community being put on by a nonprofit. . . I came to Kochi Cafe to ask about a community board. The barista who helped us scoffed at us for asking and was incredibly rude in her response (they don’t have a community board). We quickly got out of there to get away from the SCARY barista. We went to Huckleberry Coffee down the street where they graciously showed us their community board and helped us hang a poster. If you are looking for a community coffee shop, it’s not Kochi. Huckleberry Coffee, on the other hand, is a good go-to for a community coffee shop.

Ordered a special drink (can’t remember the name) but I do remember it supposed to have raspberry and vainilla. I was only able to taste the matcha not sure if they forgot to add the raspberry and vainilla, I didn’t wanted to ask since I’m a matcha fan so it was just fine. Their empanadas in my opinion are a bit pricy and too small. Other than that great place to visit

Nice spot! Empanada was very tasty but $6.50 for a small bite is too much. Americano tasted similar to when I botch an aeropress.

Got a pumpkin spice latte and it literally tastes like a fall pastry, YUM!
