This place fits nicely in the dope little chunk of Pearl Street north of Iowa. Right across the street from two sushi restaurants, Sukiya is very nice but also feels casual as an affordable alternative to some otherwise expensive food options.
Service was fast, professional and friendly.
Appetizers were really good. My daughter and I both felt the ramen could have been a little better but was still good.
Vegetarian options: Several veggie ramen options and a few apps.

We used to go to the centennial location a lot so we thought we would come here. It's by the other high end Japanese restaurants in South Pearl so thought it would be similar, but it felt like eating at a McDonald's.... Super bright lights, a TV, and teenagers everywhere. Just not what I expected. Food was fine but not great and service was very good

This was quite possibly one of the worst food experiences I have had in Colorado. There wasn’t anything technically wrong with the food. It was raw or burnt. We ordered Kimchi Ramen and Yaki Gyu Udon. The ramen broth was not even lukewarm, the chicken on it was cold and for $17 a bowl, the broth was inedible there was so much salt. The Udon was overcooked and overly salty. The beef in it was cooked well.
We barely ate 2-3 bites of our food and decided to just cut our losses and leave. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Honestly not good. Not the authentic ramen. My ramen standards are very high given I’ve been to Japan. I didn’t even finish my bowl, I wasn’t satisfied, the tonkotsu spicy ramen is like the ramen i make myself at home. I won’t be back

I'll preface this by saying that I've had a lot of ramen in various places, so my standards for ramen are probably pretty high. Even taking that into account, I'm not sure I would even classify what I had as ramen. I ordered ramen with pork belly, which is typically a fatty, succulent cut of meat, and it was so dry and possibly burnt that it was comparable to beef jerky and borderline inedible. The broth didn't have much flavor aside from being just salty, with no umami depth to speak of; the noodles were overcooked and didn't have much chewiness left to them. The primary saving grace of the meal was the takoyaki, or battered and fried octopus balls. Although I know they're often refried from a frozen premade form, the octopus in this case was unusually fresh, retaining both significant flavor and firmness. There were also some herbs in the batter that added discernible flavor. The sauces were good, and the tartness of the mayo seemed authentic in particular to the takoyaki I had in Japan.

The broth was SO incredibly salty, it was inedible. I had to throw it away. They refunded the bowl so I am giving them 4 starts for service. Thanks for doing for that!

Best Udon in town. If you like Uncle’s, you’ll love this place.

Tastes like the frozen ramen packets from hmart. Tiny portions for how expensive it is.

This is by far the best ramen I have ever had. The interior design of the restaurant was perfect. It was modern with a Japanese design throughout. The service was typical and very polite. BACK TO THE RAMEN: 10/10 COME HERE AND GET SOME RAMEN. I did a build your own and I have no words except perfection. The saltiness, umami, and overall balance were perfect. I don't know what else to say besides do yourself a favor and visit this place. Grab a boba on the way out at Gong Cha next door. Perfect spot for a low key food date. I will be back and take pictures.

I guess no one works here. I tried to dine in but literally not a single person was there.
