Very good Italian sodas and homemade peanut butter cookies!
Totally charming ambience, delicious drinks and snacks, and such incredibly kind owners and staff. You're very lucky if this is along your regular commute, but if not it's worth a detour (and a big tip)!
When I come to visit my friends in Denver, I plan my trips on how many times I can visit Stella's before I leave. Quaint coffee house with great coffee, and friendly staff!

Stella's Coffee Haus is a cozy and welcoming spot, known for its friendly baristas. The drink menu features standouts like the matcha lemonade and mixed dirty chai, all crafted with care. While the seating and wifi make it a great place to work or play games, there are some concerns about parking, cleanliness, and treatment of staff. The pastries and artwork are also noted as interesting options for customers to explore.
As soon as you arrive, you're embraced by the beautiful and cute sitting arrangements, and then you step into a peaceful, warming cafe. The baristas are welcoming and very accommodating, offering a variety of options. The bar is adorable, and the art all around is lovely. Customers can enjoy a Caramel Latte or Iced Lavender Green tea while sitting outside and reading a book, or they can get a drink and play chess on Mondays. It's a mix of both, and the music is dreamy.
The atmosphere is absolutely magnificent, with an enormous space and lots of different types of seating. There was even a bride and groom who came through to take photos, which is a good sign and good luck. The cold brew may not have been so impressive, but that could have been due to the choice of almond milk.
Stella's is the perfect complement to S. Pearl, an excellent place to sit and have coffee with a friend while people-watching, or a great spot to stop in and grab a refreshing drink while shopping at the street vendors on Pearl.
