Tai Tai Japanese is a neighborhood gem with bomb sushi and unique flavors. Fresh and delicious food, nice atmosphere, clean restaurant, and friendly staff. The sushi is on par with other top-notch spots in Denver, and the Pink Lady roll, Moriawase Jou, and handroll combo are great. The unagi hand and sushi rolls come highly recommended. While the spicy sauce for the Pink Lady roll is amazing, some ingredients like avocado and cucumber can be adjusted upon request. Though occasionally items like curry run out, the miso soup is piping hot, the salad plate chilled, and the sashimi top-notch. Every detail is considered, making it an absolute must-return spot for a delightful dining experience.
