Pretty good tikka masala, a more authentic non-creamy style with some heat and char flavor on the chicken. The mango lassi was also good. The rice was slightly undercooked. Unfortunately the naan seemed packaged. Only a couple things on the menu. Friendly service.

Stopped by the truck earlier today and grabbed a Mango Lassi. 10/10 best I have had! The two staff members working in the truck were also incredibly friendly and made the experience that much better! Definitely would recommend to anybody who can get there and I know I will be back for food and another Lassi soon.

Man, I really wanted to like this place ever since the Taj Palace food truck went missing in action over a year ago. The food use to be absolutely incredible 10/10, good prices, good portions, and a good variety. The food truck that is there now unfortunately, has none of that. I ordered the butter chicken and it was $15.99 woof. That's a big ask for the portion size you get and for what you get the value is just not there. One small naan and a few spoon fulls of rice is what you get with your entree. The biggest disappointment was that the butter chicken was barely warm. If I have to heat up your food from only walking a block back to my apartment, that is a big problem. Overall, the taste of the food was only decent, no wow factor, just passable average Indian food. Sucks, because I wanted this food truck to bring back the magic of Taj Palace, but that magic has seem to disappear. I doubt I will be back unless major changes happen. Good luck to Tuk Took.

This food truck up until 2 months ago was 10 stars out of 5. It was amazing. The food was so so so good, well priced, amazing portions and just reliably some of the best Indian food in denver. It has been a favorite of all the local businesses coming on their lunch breaks.
Rumor has it that unfortunately the Taj Palace we all know and love was bought by a new group. I went to check to check it out. The staff is all new and they are all very nice. The menu, prices and portions have all changed. Worst of all, the recipes have changed. That's why I'm giving TAJ a 2 star review. The food is nowhere near as good as it was before and it breaks my heart. Sag Paneer was watery and didn’t have much flavor. One less naan than before. I hope this new group can somehow replicate the old Taj's quality, and flavor... hopefully they can reach out to old TAJ and get those recipes because they used to be best in class. Now it's pretty sub average. IM SORRY I WISH I WAS REVIEWING THIS BETTER but it's just the truth. Bring back old Taj.
