Temaki Den is hands down, best sushi in Denver and the most reasonable for high quality fish. The salmon oshizushi is the best singular bite in Denver. I would recommend making a reservation to get the time you want!
Solid all around, fresh, consistent, creative and a higher level of prep and presentation than most Denver sushi. Fairly priced and the happy hour is good -you can walk in if you get there at opening vs much harder to get a prime time reservation. street parking is tough, but they have lot parking for around $10-20.
