Texas Roadhouse offers a family-friendly environment with delicious food and clean facilities. Despite occasional delays in service and noise levels, the massive and tasty mushroom burger and warm rolls are highlights. Vegetarian options like seasoned rice and corn are available. The staff, although occasionally overwhelmed, provide good service in multiple languages. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible and provides kid-friendly amenities. While the atmosphere is generally positive, the occasional disturbances can be off-putting. The food is always great with reasonable prices. The rolls are amazing, and all of the servers have been very kind! There is typically a wait on the weekends, but you can join the waitlist online and it moves quickly.
The restaurant has a smart system to prevent a build-up of people waiting to be called or check-in and clogging the flow of traffic. The staff is noticeably happy and efficient. Table turn-arounds are quick! The waiter was very attentive, ensuring drinks were always full and food brought on time. The food was all cooked great! The cactus blossom was delayed, but as soon as it was asked for, it was brought out, followed shortly after by a manager who comped it. The ribeye's were both cooked to medium perfectly.
