Brianna was my waiter and she did a great job considering it was pretty busy when I arrived. I walked in and was seen pretty quickly and was offered a place to sit. The menu was pretty clear , I had a pretty quick idea of what I wanted. Their happy hour was going on and I got a pretty large order that included wings, chips and queso, and a burger with a non alcoholic Guinness. With tip about 45-47 pretty well worth it. I even had some food left over to take home.
Service was great, food was good! Dining experience was something less desirable. We were seated on the patio, with space heaters. Music was so loud that we could barely hold a conversation with one another.
Initially the service was good and then the bartenders were only helping one side of the bar. I asked a manager for help and he acted like he was already going to help with an attitude. I was just trying to get the girls next to me service, I didn't need attitude from a big head manager. Other than that the atmosphere was good.
