When arrived there was no host. We ordered two bottle beers and service was very slow getting them back to us. We ordered wings as an appetizer they were crispy and had a nice flavor. The ribs however were very dry and mainly bone no meat. I think they were very understaffed.
We received fantastic service!! Crystal seated us promptly and was so friendly. Michelle was our server who was also friendly. We ordered and the food came out in a timely manner. All our meals were hot and fresh!! I ordered the medallion/rib plate and my husband ordered the salmon. My grandson ordered the sirloin. All our meals were delicious!!!! Our server, Angie, She was amazing. She was working very hard while the whole restaurant seemed understaffed (as you can see the complaints in previous reviews). She truly deserves a raise.But the food, drinks and the service albeit not the fastest, it was as great as any other Tony Romas location.We enjoyed amazing baby back ribs with the Carolina honey sauce and the margaritas.Highly recommend!
