My husband and I stopped in here on our last day of our visit. The staff were INCREDIBLE & so attentive to every guest. We adores chatting with them. THE DRINKS were wonderful, as well as the cheese board. One of the best experiences we have ever had. We loved our experience here and would go back every week if we could!!

Very nice staff, nice interior and setting, the drinks however need a lot of work. Whiskey sour was incredibly sour, thin, no egg white, and served on the rocks when I asked for up. Manhattans served in a martini glass and incredibly bitter with no sweetness, just unbalanced, how do you mess up one of the classics? Feels like all the bartenders are making drinks their way instead of a unified way and would pass on the 90’s but not in 2024 charging $14 a drink especially with the Tatarian a block away. I plan to come back in a few months and hope the drink level improves.

We were visiting friends and stopped in for Happy Hour. Great little space if you are looking to meet up with friends or a date night. Abi, our bartender was very engaging. Tops, the owner was on site and is a sommelier so he was able to provide great wine suggestions. The charcuterie board is awesome! They change it every two months. If you haven’t checked this place out, it is a definite go-to stop!!!Check out the Sunday brunch. We wish we lived here!!

Stopped in for a few drinks on Friday evening. The owner and bartender were quick to help us find seating. It did seem like making a reservation would be a smart move for any group larger than 2. We showed up around 5pm on a Friday and it was already getting crowded! My friend said her whiskey sour was one of the best she's ever had! I got the Tempranillo and it was lovely. We split the small charcuterie - they had Spanish cheese and meats and it sounded like they change things up on that front! Can't wait to be back.

Was heading to Yogi Exchange when I passed by this place as the door grabbed my attention. We went around 3 pm on Saturday and there was only one other party. We were very impressed by the ambiance as it was well decorated but noticed limited seating as they are mostly big sofa chairs and some high tops. It is also a bit dimly lite so when we left we were surprised it was very sunny out. We were greeted and served right away- cocktails prices range from $14- $20 and up. There was also beers and wine in the menu. We brought card games with us which made our experience better. We stayed for a bit and upon asking for our tab our check came right away- no issues closing out. It is a cool spot to stop by when walking down Tennyson during first Fridays as well as making a day and starting by grabbing a bagel at Call Your Mother, grabbing a drink before heading to Yogi Exchange and SecondLove to do some shopping after a couple of cocktails!

Odd feeling like we don't belong. Some sort of attitude as if my husband and I are "Not Northside Enough" to be at level to have opinion and engage. As if anyone who didnt get into a knife fight at Caesar Chavez Park in 1996 is not worthy to own property or even patron establishments upon Tennyson. What's most crazy is I grew up in a now gentrified neighborhood in a major city. I "get" any animosity. Yet I've also owned properties in "North Denver " (yes, I properly know what is what) since 2002. I've lived in my primary residence since 2009. And I've lived "North" of I25 since 2007. I preserve many centarian properties and have never entertained an offer from a Developer. I/We Celebrate anyone who maintains/preserves and extends history. But this place is anchored in some sort of angst and hatred for any progress. Which is beyond ironic, being a pricey cocktail bar who has a clientele BECAUSE of Gentrification.I can't precisely put my finger on it. But I don't need to be precise. If you want to be the place the "let me pretend to be the enforcer of the gang (the gang that no longer exists) spot, you go for it! If you sincerely desire to be part of a respectful community, one in which customers will pay not because they believe it's balanced, but because they are your local supporters who want to back you, then why not act like everyone's money is of value? It's like for every $25 a white person pays is considered only $5 of what a north side Chicano ex gang attitude cartoon character spends. Please give me a reason to not give up. My husband refuses to return. I bring our children and my nieces to support. Please prove our frustration to be ill placed.

Lovely bar right in the middle of it all! The cocktail list was very eclectic and had some spin offs the classics. The bartenders were very friendly, greeting me when I walked in, and the place was pretty full for a Thursday after dinner. Will definitely be back to this neighborhood gem!(Don't skip on the snack selection! Charcuterie!)

For the price, a whiskey sour shouldn't be 80% sour mix.We didn't try the food, but the charcuterie looks delicious.

Update: I ate brunch here twice now. With friends we had all of the boards. Plenty of food that was all delicious! I had especially liked the shakshouka, which was a huge surprise because I didn't think I like peppers in any format. Second brunch visit: They expanded the menu to include some egg benedicts and solo items. I liked the shakshouka so much that I ordered it as a solo item, and because I have trouble deciding I had the salmon benedict, too. Not kidding when I say it was the most delicious hollandaise sauce I have ever had. It didn't over take the dish but added a perfectly complementary flavor. There had to be some secret ingredient that gave it that deliciousness. (My mouth is watering...). I could go on but I think you get my point. Original post:Love this place! Very cool atmosphere without being pretentious. I'm always hesitant to get an The Old Fashioned because people try to put a new twist on it. Top Tenn's was perfect.Top Tenn is a real place for adults who want to enjoy a honest cocktail alone or catch up with friends, and be treated right. Found out they do weekend brunch now. I'm going tomorrow. , cocktails and relaxation.

You need to try this place!! This is our new favorite place on Tennyson. Friendly service, great cocktails, and sexy vibe. We loved the Bloody Mary’s and Chareau Rosé Spritz with Aloe!! They also have board games on Monday nights which we will definitely be back for! Highly recommend.
