Best ramen EVER! We stumbled upon Uncle over a decade ago, and since then anytime we’re in CO we come for dinner. The spicy chicken ramen is hands down the best, love all of the bao buns, eggplant is my favorite, but can’t go wrong with crab or pork belly ones either.
We’ve never had anything bad, service is always great too! Be sure to make a reservation.
I always have a great experience here! My favorites: duck ramen & soft shell crab bao. Yum!
