Went there for the first time last night. The pizza was really good, the service was fine at first, until we got the bill. While I was looking at the bill, because we were over charged by over $26!! The service walked by a snatched my card that I set on the table next to me not ready to pay, since reviewing my bill. Only my card not the receipt or his bill folder or whatever the little black folder thing is called. I had to stop him from over charging. Then when he corrected it,...
I ordered online and the delivery was not what we ordered (delivered by Grubhub). Called and spoke with Nick who was already on top of the mistake. When I asked if they wanted us to return the pizzas (we ordered subs), he quickly told me to keep the pizzas and apologized for the error. Not only were the subs amazing, but as a small business owner myself, I truly appreciated the level of customer service they provided. Highly recommend this restaurant.
Our group enjoyed the quick services that they have at Walter's. Enjoy finding a new beer to try from the large selection. The last time I they had some new options on the menu which was very nice to see the expanding list of great items. Thank for have our larger table and we will see you again.
