So unhappy. After polling multiple people looking for a skin-on pork loin, Western Daughters came highly recommended. I was especially interested because they're woman-owned. Spent $130 for a pork loin for a special recipe for grandma's last (probably) thanksgiving. They were super friendly via email and phone, took instructions for how we wanted the skin scored. Christmas dinner disappointment. I bought a 12 Pound prime rib, 30 day aged, and Porchetta. First, the porchetta was loin and pork belly but none of the traditional rolled herbs and fennel that denotes porchetta. Very little flavor except the crackling.
The prime rib was absolutely inedible. I suppose if one likes gamey meat then it would be for you. The flavor was absolutely off putting and none of the 11 people at the table could eat it. This was not a chef error....read full review
Absolutely one of the best local turkeys I have ever had. The brine was great and the turkey just had so much flavor. Thank you so much!

Parking is available for free, but it is a far walk, about a 3-4 minute walk hidden behind a different building on the other side of the street.
