Usual run of coffee/matcha/teas that can be made nondairy and vegan with no problem. The menu is pretty standard for a breakfast place, lots of vegetarian options. They have a tofu vegan cream cheese which is delicious! Bagels are excellent.
I purchased bagels here many times with dairy free spread or avocado and was told they were vegan. Today I went to buy a dozen and asked for vegan and they said none of their bagels are vegan, they all contain milk products. There is no way to contact their corporate office to confirm. Very poor service.
Love the bagels and the cream cheese at Woodgrain, and it’s a pleasant atmosphere. I keep returning because Lauren is the best! She’s always friendly and provides good service no matter how busy it gets. My one request: Please bring back the cinnamon raisin bagels!

If you’re looking for real bagels, this is your spot. Wow. Chewy, fresh, delicious bagels and great coffee. I got egg, cheese and avocado on a salt and pepper bagel and it was incredible - not to mention the generous portion of avocado.
I’ve never had a salt and pepper bagel before and my only complaint is that I’m going to be craving that every time I want a bagel from now on.
Can’t wait to bring my friends here!

Continually nicely-seasoned breakfast potatoes, however, customer service is hit or miss. Today’s staff member wasn’t the warmest and I thought it was best to leave but she recognized her misstep, apologized and offered a latte on the house.
That bagel look like I like
what happened to the bagels being montreal style? they used to be but now they are just new york bagels.

Used to love this place, but this is now the 2nd time the employees have been blatantly rude/had attitude for no reason.
I stood at the pickup area for 20 minutes before even being acknowledged by the staff, - Just for someone to literally hand me my order that was sitting in plain sight on the counter (was ready to go). The store wasn’t busy either, they just blatantly chose to ignore me.
My food ended up being cold because of how long they took to acknowledge and hand over my pickup order.
Will not be returning to this location.

Ordered a Brooklyn to go. Didn't realize until I got to my destination that they never put the lox on my bagel. They also messed up my husband's order

Why are gluten free bagels $2.50 online and $5 in store? #shady
My first visit here after moving to my new neighborhood. They charged an extra $3 for regular bagels. Blink twice if you're not ok..... Your pricing is screwy.

1 deli slice of ham for $1.75 extra. All toppings each cost 75 cents extra. $6.45 for a small mocha. Surprised they didn't charge me for the cup and lid..

Bagels are great. Atmosphere is great. Good spot to come work. Breakfast sandwiches are kind of hit or miss, and the breakfast potatoes are a big big miss. Sometimes the Montreal style bagels end up a bit small which can be tough if you bring them to share with a group.
Under new ownership. Eggs are now from powder and bulk made in large sheet pan batches.
Bagel, sausage and eggs are stale. Contesting with my CC. Woodgrain has become a cash grab. Sad this neighborhood staple is failing.
