Extremely polite staff and great food for a good price. They have gluten free options that are actually tasty and properly kept separate!

They have some really good menu items, but based on the name of the place, they should specialize in bagels. To that end, they are failing. First, they don't even have whole wheat or cinnamon raisin options, which are staples in any good bagel shop. Second, $3.50 for a single bagel is absolutely insane!
I live half the year in one of the wealthiest towns in Florida, and they have shops with bagels better than these for only $1.89 each and $10 for half dozen. Those are appropriate prices for bagels.
Woodgrain Bagel has fantastic bagels! The billing is Montreal style bagels, but unlike the large, typical to the style hole, is much smaller making them perfect for sandwiches. Go for the blueberry bagel! The atmosphere is simple and pleasant, and service is very good. Parking is sparse but turnover is quick.

Food is probably delicious, adorable shop, but holy cow the girl working is a brat with an attitude. Rude, pushy, condescending, passive aggressive.

I just moved to this neighborhood and Woodgrain has been a great quick stop while I move and wait to buy groceries. Their bagels are incredible, chewy, crispy, and I love the atmosphere of this place. The staff are friendly and they have so many options to fit any budget. The outdoor seating is a wonderful spot to relax and the seats are comfortable.
I had a blueberry bagel (which was Delicious) and i think it was stored too close to one with onion bc i kept getting bites of onion, just fyi.

Great bagels and coffee, incredible service. Mentioned to Dorian, our server, that our car battery had died and he borrowed jumper cables from a coworker and got our car started. Totally above and beyond. Thanks sooooo much!!!

I went in and asked about vegan options, they have one, sourdough with avocado, cucumber, red onion, tomato, hold the Swiss cheese. Cold, raw, bland. When I asked her for the vegan option, she told me it was The farmhouse sandwich without Swiss on their sourdough, which is vegan. So she understood what I wanted. Then proceeded to make and serve the sandwich with cheese on it. I said no cheese, I said vegan twice, she explained the vegan option to me, and then made it incorrectly.
Came here with my school teen Business Academy and I loved the cream cheese

I mean I eat from here 1-2 times a month, phenomenal Breakfest sandwiches, get the smoking gun. Come before noon as they will sell out of many flavors most weekends. Order online to cut waits

We've eaten at Woodgrain Bagel & Deli several times and the food and service have been excellent! When not getting bagels, we've gotten the Reuben Sandwich which is very flavorful. We highly recommend Woodgrain Bagel & Deli!

I’ve been to this cafe twice and both times I didn’t have the best experience. I try places at least twice because I understand that there are always tough days. The food here is very good, and the coffee is high quality as well.
Unfortunately the staff (and I believe the owner or manager) are my main reason for leaving this review.
The first time I went the service was extremely slow. There’s only one register, one person making coffee, and from what I can tell, one person making food in the kitchen. The person taking orders was chatting with customers for quite awhile, really slowing down the line. Not giving the same amount of time to each person there.
The second time I went in, it was far busier. I was the only person in line after the people giving their order at the register. These people had a big order and the employee at the register seemed overwhelmed. The manager/owner and other employee (who typically makes the coffee) were just chatting away with each other the entire time behind the counter. They didn’t seem to notice the large order, or growing line of customers coming in even though everyone could hear their conversation. They didn’t take initiative to start people’s coffee or even a “hey thanks for waiting, we’ll be with you soon!” Which would’ve been appreciated. It’s a tight space and there’s no signage for how people should line up to wait and give their order. When the manager/owner decided to acknowledge me, she just asked me if I was in line to order or picking up a mobile order. I responded I was waiting to give my order and she told me I was in the “wrong place” and in fact not in line.
At this point I decided to leave and go elsewhere for a bagel and a coffee. The lack of customer service is frustrating when the cost to eat out has gone way up. Yes, their food and coffee is good, but customer care matters. And both times I didn’t feel as though each customer was valued until you got up to the actual register.

Expectation vs reality. Barely any steak in the “steak” burrito. $13 for some steak bits.
