It’s a brand new Thai restaurant in Dillon and it was fantastic! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, everything you’d hope for in authentic Thai cuisine. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The restaurant itself is spotless and has a cozy, inviting vibe. If you’re in the area, do yourself a favor and stop by, you won’t be disappointed! Highly recommend giving it a try!

Dillon Thai Restaurant is a brand new Thai restaurant in Dillon. The restaurant has a quiet dining room and a cozy, inviting vibe. It is spotless. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. The service is spot on. The owners are passionate. A liquor license is coming soon. Dogs can come on the patio.
The food is fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The food came out very fast. The fried rice had enough protein for daily goals. It tasted good and not like diet food. The pad Thai, panang curry, and house special fried rice were delicious. The panang curry was marked hot. It had a nice kick, but did not burn. The vegetables were fresh. The Khao Soi, panang curry, basil chicken, and boat soup were unbelievably delicious and completely authentic. The drunken noodles with shrimp and beef had perfectly chewy noodles and incredibly flavorful sauce. The thai tea and mango and sticky rice is a must have experience.
The food tastes very authentic. It is the best thai food. A must have! Highly recommend giving it a try!
