During the winter months they are not in their food truck which made it a little challenging to find. They are located in a old house with a coffee shop in the front. However with that being said I am so happy we were persistent on looking for it! Breakfast burrito was EXCELLENT!! The tortilla was toasted to perfection and the burrito "insides" (eggs, potatoes, bacon, chili) all fresh. This will for sure be one of our go to places when in Durango
Great easy-going and an expensive place to grab street tacos. Went here for lunch with my parents while visiting Durango and we stop by Lola's place and while we were there, I was able to get a Beer from what seems like the main building and then I was able to go down and grab some tacos from Cuevas - it was fast, super reasonably priced - The lady at the front was nice and my food was great. So Good!We got take out. Quesadillas terrific. Tim’s Veggie Burrito my wife says was fantastic. The burritos with house green salsa was really, really good.I eat Mexican food all the time. This place stands out. Good flavors.
