Mahogany Grille offers a fun and classic atmosphere, providing a wonderful variety of dishes. The server was attentive and helpful, creating a pleasant dining experience. The steaks are fairly priced and cooked properly, with some guests enjoying the filet and others praising the bison New York. The accompanying vegetables are great, and the salmon and potatoes were very tasty. Desserts are supreme, although some customers suggested more options for lactose intolerant diners. However, there have been some disappointments with the salad and peppercorn filet, which had gristle, as well as the plain mashed potatoes. Overall, Mahogany Grille delivers a high-class dining experience in a historic hotel setting, and many guests look forward to returning.
