“I'm a German beer guy. You can't do better than Prost for German style pilsners, lagers, Helles, and Kolsh. I'm not a wheat or dark beer drinker so I can't talk to those but what I do like, they have, and they brew it well. Overall, a nice piece of Germany in Colorado.“

“We went for lunch or the first time today and had the amazing lunch. We eachhad the lunch special, which includes a specialty Pizza and a salad of your choice for starting at $14.50. I had the funguy Pizza, which is a Mushroom Pizza. It was absolutely amazing. I ordered mine without arugula , as I do not perfer that. It was so good that I ordered a full size to take home for dinner. Our server was Jordan and she was awesome. Very friendly and knowledgeable. The only downside I have to say is that their drinks were just okay. We had a Italian spritzer that was kind of tart, and then I ordered a Vodka martini, which they said they do not commonly make, and I could tell why... I sent it back and ended up getting a glass of red wine but the pinot noir was mediocre at best. I think management should up their Wine selection and quality, if they're going to pair with Italian dishes. I would definitely go back and order more Pizza and the meatballs look amazing as well.“

“This place came up in on my Instagram and I was very excited to go. Rooftop was awesome! Huge beer list and local distillery drink to choose from. Even the food was good. They had plenty of shaded seating and sprayers to keep cool. Bar staff was friendly and helpful. If you bring kids definitely go earlier in the day before it gets busy. We lived the logo and have a collection of brewery shirts, so we were pretty disappointed that they didn't have good merch. Maybe next time. We will be back!!“

“Restaurant is at a great venue. We loved staying at the Origin. The food and drinks were great. They were out of tortilla chips, which is sort of different for a Mexican restaurant. Our server was only mediocre. He did not go above and beyond by any means. When we had traveled across states for a special trip, he did not really make this experience special for us in any way.  it was a bummer that our server sort of ruined the experience. “
