The service is always wonderful, and the Cowabunga Smoothie is one of my personal favorites. Everything they serve is made with natural, organic ingredients, so you don’t have to worry about a bunch of ultra-processed stuff going into your body. It’s refreshing to find a spot that focuses on quality while still making drinks that taste this good. It’s always a great choice when you need a quick energy boost to keep your day going. “Campo has the freshest food in Denver, hands down. I’m hooked, and my wallet isn’t thrilled about it. Every single thing I’ve ordered here exceeds my expectations. It’s fresh, healthy and delicious, and the two owners make you feel like family. Plus, the prices are very reasonable given the quality of the food. I recently called to ask if I could place an order and have them set it outside since I had COVID. One of the owners said he’d be more than happy to, but then mentioned they offer delivery. When my order arrived, it came with a sweet little note and an extra treat to boost my immune system. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Blue Magic with peanut butter instead of cashew butter is a must-try, or go for the caprese sandwich. And their avocado toast? Absolutely smothered in avocado and so, so good.“

“Super delicious triple berry shake! The employee was working really hard with a morning rush of people and still took time to explain everything. The consistency and pop of the berry taste were really special here. I want to go back and try more of their many flavors. My son got a brownie batter shake which was rich and creamy. They also have a punch pass! Highly recommend.“

Uber is awful with deliveries but you can go to their location and order on the kiosk. Food comes out very quickly, neatly packaged and placed in convenient lockers.
Pork bowl is amazing. Portions are heavy! Green smoothie drink and dark chocolate cashew pudding went well with the meal. House made hot sauce is a must try.“

“My first time going to playa bowls and boy oh boy was I in for a treat! The service and was good especially a worker named Makenna who made my bowl. She put so much love and kindness into it and it was yummy! Definitely will be going back! #yum!“

“I ordered two açaí bowls online and quickly realized I made a mistake by selecting whey protein, which contains dairy, even though I chose soy milk for the base for a reason.. I’m allergic to dairy. I called the location right away, hoping they could swap out the whey for a dairy-free protein. The woman who answered (who I assumed was the owner based on her answering and saying she wasn’t currently at the store), said the bowls had already been made and suggested I just give them to a friend.

I completely own that the mistake was mine, I’m not asking for special treatment, just a little understanding. The interaction could’ve gone a long way if it was handled with any flexibility or empathy of the situation. I wasn’t expecting a refund, just hoping for a solution that wouldn’t waste food or leave someone with a known allergy without a safe option.

Instead, the tone and lack of care left me feeling dismissed. It’s a small moment, but one that reflects how much (or little) a business values its customers. I won’t be going back.“

“I got a lemon berry smoothie with coconut water instead of coconut milk and it was divine. I absolutely loved it and definitely be back to get another one.

The place itself is pretty austere: inside is just the smoothie bar, no chairs or bathroom. And outside is a couple benches. Nice thing is they bring you your smoothie to the window so you can wait outside“

“This is a great spot for a very fresh bowl in a sparse setup. If you go at opening the sides and vases are still warm. Produce and protein are as fresh as it gets. This is a perfect spot for a bite on the go for business or health conscious eaters.“

“I love getting Mad Greens and making my day a little healthier. Service is always awesome, and everyone is very polite. The black cherry soda is very good, if a little less healthy. If I have one gripe it’s that they no longer carry beets, but they do have sweet potatoes now so that is nice.“

Just as I arrived back home, I received a call letting me know they had realized the error. The person on the phone was incredibly friendly, genuinely apologetic, and clearly cared about making it right.

When we returned to pick up the missing items, the experience was the same — warm, friendly, and sincerely apologetic. They even gave us a dessert and a $5 coupon for the inconvenience. “Everytime I have sweet green once a year, I’m surprised how good it is. It’s an expensive salad but you can probably squeeze 2 meals out of it. Bread is fresh so ask for extras.
