Etown Colorado is a family-friendly restaurant with excellent service and delicious food. The Asian chicken salad, ahi tuna salad, and steak salad are highly recommended, as well as the house-made chicken nuggets. The French onion soup and chicken lettuce wraps are outstanding choices. The pretzel appetizer is creative and tasty. This establishment has and will continue to be a valley staple. It is the Edwards hot spot. The food all around was excellent. They had a perfect table ready for a reservation. The salmon entree is loved, but you can't go wrong with the mahi mahi fish tacos. The Ring burger, ribs, the lamb wrap, and the chocolate bomb were all wonderful. The food was on point and drinks were bomb. The service was good and the food came out relatively fast. Plain wings were good.
