Outstanding local bakery! Our family of five was stuck in Edwards east of Vail Pass during a snowstorm on Monday and while looking for a place to wait out the storm we discovered Panaderia Azteca. Walking through the door we stepped into heaven. So many wonderful smells filling the air, beautiful multicolored pastries everywhere, and behind the counter the owner working his craft beside a giant pile of sweet dough.
