Vista at Arrowhead offers an outstanding dining experience with amazing food, excellent service, and a wonderful atmosphere. The restaurant features a great piano player and special touches like an orchid in the ice cubes. Guests can choose a chef's composed meal or create their own. While the blue cheese potato gratin can be undercooked, the trout with lemon butter sauce is a standout dish. The food is always good, and the view and live music make this a special spot. The service is usually great, but can be slow during busy times. The house salad with blackened salmon and the Asian salad and tuna bowl are highlights. Attention is given to every detail. Dinner is consistent with the excellent food, service, ambience of regular and previous dining experiences. Daryl and crew provide excellence in every way. overall, it is an expensive but worthwhile dining destination.
