The owner, the ladies who work there, and the ladies next door at the antique shop, are the kindest and most loving women I have met on my travels. I am truly grateful to have had the opportunity to meet them and I am thankful that I wandered in there when I did. Dancing Jaguar Coffee is a wonderful shop with two locations, one in Kiowa and another in Elbert. The owners are amazing and treat everyone like family, always offering a welcoming smile and positive attitude. They serve excellent, smooth coffee made from organic beans grown without pesticides at a family farm in Honduras, which are then roasted locally. The shop is cute and known for its specialty coffee, including unique options like the fruit-forward Sangria Co-Fermented beans. They also have the absolute best breakfast burritos, such as the chorizo breakfast burrito which has a kick but is not overly spicy. In addition to food and drink, they offer fun, high-quality items like a coffee advent calendar for lovers and good quality T-shirts and hats. It is a great place to visit for delicious coffee and a warm community feel.
