“It's really sad, the news we got. Sunday 10/22/23 is the last day thus place will be open. This was a great place fir sour beers and small charcuterie plates. This lil cool quaint Cafe type set up was my spot for sour beers. It was also pretty cool to have their charcuterie plates too as they freshly cut the meat & cheeses at the deli counter. There was always so many flavorful sours to try. Well to the staff behind the bar & deli thanks for all the good times! Y'all will be missed!!!“
“On our many visits we usually have one French sandwich. Always excellent and we like the guys! Today the online system said “not available.” When I picked up lunch I asked and was told “oh, we have it, that’s just a problem with the internet “!No big deal, but imagine the difference if someone said”, have you got 5 minutes and I’ll make you what you wanted”? “The turkey Club was amazing, really enjoyed the gourmet mozzarella but found myself needing a little more texture which chips helped with. The pickles are so good, they're more "young" pickles, so nice and crunchy and oh so tasty. Dolma and macaroni salad were delicious, loved the French 75 cocktail, double chocolate cookie was amazing and the brownie was a freebie for letting them take an extra chair and omg! So good!“
“I know Heidi's overall gets great reviews, but this particular one downtown for lunch absolutely knocks it out of the park for service, selection, great food! As long as they have the lunch staff during the week, don't miss this one. Try to get in by 11am or after 1pm, otherwise there will be a line. But they move you through pronto. My favorites are BLT on French and Philly Cheesesteak on Italian. And don't miss the chili and whatever soup of the day.“
“Fantastic, local Italian deli and sandwich shop that has been around for generations. They make basically everything homemade, from the sausage to the sauce to the raviolis, all of which are fantastic. It is truly a local spot too, run by just a few people who make truly traditional Italian dishes, both fresh and able to be taken home to be reheated. Also, the large sandwiches are LARGE, so be sure to be willing to share or save for leftovers if you get the large.“
“We picked up a ham for this year's Easter dinner & it was excellent! Not salty, and plenty of honey baked goodness! With that purchase we got a Buy 1, Get 1 Free for their sandwiches, yup they have sandwiches & what a great sandwich menu!!They have plenty to chose from & the lady working behind the counter was also the sandwich maker, and she did an excellent job! Her name was Jennifer & she was also extremely helpful to go along with her friendly demeanor! The sandwich I got was their ham & swiss on a ciabatta roll. It was made with lettuce & tomato & looked like a picture. Have you ever eaten at a place & the food looks nothing like the picture, well not here! The wife got a sandwich called the Honey Baked & this one was excellent also! It had fried onion crisps on it & served warm, excellent!!Now that I know HBH has sandwiches also, I'll be back for more than a spiral cut ham or turkey!!!“
“1 of 1. Only place I've been in in Colorado that smells like a true Italian Delicatessen. Sandwiches are normal price in comparison to what they give you. The price matches the quality. Food is fresh with their own flavor you can't replicate. 10/10 and one of my favorite Italian spots in Denver!“
“Great food at great prices. Breakfast/lunch only.I eat here whenever I am up in Denver on business, because it is so convenient (I work in these buildings so Black Cow is nearby). Lots of terrific sandwich options, and many healthy options too. Service is always very friendly, and the restaurant is always clean.“
