Los Compitas is a food truck in Denver and Englewood. The tacos are delicious, with lots of meat on them, though the tacos are smaller than most. The Al Pastor is amazing with fresh cut pineapple everytime. THE BEST CARNITAS TACOS and red salsa are also mentioned. The steak quesadillas were extremely delicious, fresh, and just the right amount of crisp. Mini steak tacos were on point. A very good ham breakfast burrito is a good price for the size. Everything is deliciously cooked to order, so it takes a bit of time. The service is friendly and quick, and everything is clean. A lovely husband and wife team makes the food feel like it's made with love. Fresh ingredients and really good portions are noted. There is a picnic table adjacent to the truck to dine there. The truck is a special gem in Englewood. Customers recommend ordering ahead and say it is worth giving them a try.
