“After a walk through the Thursday Farmers Market, we happened upon Echo. I ordered the garlic cheese bread with roasted garlic and a half spinach salad with feta cheese, cranberries, and a pesto vinaigrette. The place was very busy, however the server tried her best. I loved eating outside and the ambiance made waiting to order and getting the food worth the wait! Leftover lunch for tomorrow, I think so“
“Very good selection of great beer and yummy stuffed bread options. Amy gave recommendations when asked -a rarity! - and they were good ones. We really enjoyed our visit very much and will be back. Two suggestions: Pint glasses for the price of those beers, maybe iced ones. And, a problem I see often in Colorado - you need bar mats behind that bar - industy standard (for reasons). Go enjoy this place. Excellent fun.“
“I often ride my motorcycles around, and I am always looking for new brew pub experience. This establishment is small with simple decor. However, my wife and I tried a flight of 5 beers, in a Belgium style, and overall, that we felt the next one was even better than the previous. We will definitely save this as a favorite and return soon.“

“This place is not close to our house but we drove up to meet our daughter who lives in Boulder. The beer was super delish. The bar itself was great- in particular it did not have that overwhelming funk that a lot of breweries have. It smelled nicely of brewing beer!The totchos and wings were great! The burgers were ok- the patties were clearly frozen patties and there was two per burger. Personally I would havd much preferred one fresh burger rather than two very mid ones. Toppings on burgers were good!Definitely worth a visit!“
“Food and service tend to be good. Biggest gripe is they charge a 4% credit card fee if you pay with a card. This is not allowed in Colorado. CO only allows businesses to charge more than 2% if they know the actual cost the card. Hopefully this policy changes or they get caught and are required to follow the same rules as every other business in the state.“

Outdoor seating available (heated during cold weather). Clean bathrooms. Friendly and fast service. Mini arcade for kids (and adults). Dogs welcome on the patio. “I’ve visited twice. The first time I went off of yelp reviews just to try the burgers and poutine. They were spot on great! I had to go back and try the hot chicken with of course poutine fries. The sandwich was very good, but man I just love the green chile and cheese curds over the fries. MmmmI know it’s a brewery atmosphere, but if this place had TV’s for sports they’d be busy as heck. Either way foods great!“
“Windfall Brewing Co. was a nice place to meet up and have lunch with a friend. The staff was nice, courteous and fast.The food was great and so were the drinks and beer. I had the seltzer and the fanciest grilled cheese I’ve ever ordered somewhere! It was hands down delicious!There was also a smiley face in the bathroom stall in the ladies room that made me giggle.Because of Windfall’s location parking can be a nightmare- so plan on going a little early. Also, beware that people driving around do not know how to use a stop sign.“
“Visiting from Lafayette and checking out new places to eat and their patio was packed so we thought, these people must know something we don't and boy did we find out! The food is PHENOMENAL! There artichoke dip was honestly the best I've ever had! Fish and chips were cooked perfectly and I'm STILL thinking about my Buffalo chicken Mac with gorgonzola! Our server Portia was so sweet and we even got to talking to the family next to us who visit often! Just an overall amazing first time. “I went there to have lunch yesterday. The price is quite affordable and the portion is so big.We ordered chicken biryani with rice also boneless chicken makamal. We waited for couple minutes before they served it. It was a big portion for us.The service was great and the food was delicious. Recommend for people who want to eat something halal. “Wonderful place! Cider is delightful and made in-house, a decent selection of local beers as well. Staff is great and super friendly. They always make you feel right at home. Not the largest food selection, but good stuff, and they carry VooDoo chips! Highly recommend to anyone!“
