“I just want to remark on the unbelievably fast delivery time. This is an ongoing thing too. I order pizza and the site says 45 mins for delivery. The food shows up on 20 mins, piping hot and from the friendliest dude ever! Great hire with the older gentleman delivering the food. I wish I knew his name so I could shout him out here. He has always been over the top friendly. The food quality is amazing and the food is super hot. GREAT experience all around. Thanks BLACKJACK Erie!!“

“The kind, patient, saint of a woman handling the front desk today at 5:30pm should be rewarded, celebrated and promoted. Seriously. It's Halloween and the store is incredibly busy and there is a 30-60 minute wait. The amount of entitled, rude, snarky, eye-rolling adults was baffling because they had to... wait for pizza. The woman at the desk did everything she could to help everyone, was professional and friendly through it all and all she heard were complaints. Please reward your stellar, amazing employee for going above and beyond.“

“It’s our 3rd time ordering food from this location and all three times the food was very good. I decided to check them thinking they must have high reviews when I saw the one star reviews, shocking! Anyways, the breaded chicken breast I had in the ten piece chicken we got was the juiciest breaded breast I’ve ever had. Their Mac and cheese was delicious! The biscuit, the fries everything was good. We will enjoy it while it lasts.“

“This pizza hut does a solid job. They get the pizzas out fast and deliver quickly. Where they struggle is with the sauce cups. I have no idea why but every single time I order for delivery they get the sauce cups wrong. Whether they're completely forgotten, the wrong number are delivered or the wrong sauces are delivered. There is 100% always a problem with the sauces. Most recently I ordered some of the new slice sauce, and instead of that they gave me icing. It's really disappointing for that to get messed up so much given you have to pay for the sauces.

I'd recommend having the drivers keep a stock of sauce cups in their cars so that they can fix the issues when they happen (again it's literally every time I order)“

Are they really Quail wings and they’re not telling us? Very, VERY small wings, like half the size of a normal chicken wing. But great flavor regardless.“

“At last I have found wonderful Thai food that is better than I can make at home! This drunken noodle dish was hot in temperature just exactly the spiciness for. Made with fresh vegetables -pleasantly crunchy and not too much sauce, that's the best drunken noodles I've had in a long time.“

“Wish your wings were bigger as they were in the beginning. Also, had a waitress here blatantly, literally talk bad about us to another waitress. I could read her lips complaining that we did not even tip on your CC machine, little did she know I was tipping cash. No apology or anything. Left a sour taste in my mouth, that is unacceptable.
