All of the new hires are taught quickly and efficiently. You can tell this place is a conducive atmosphere for growth. The employees have a system that works, even when busy. Yes, of course, people make mistakes here and there, but they learn. And fast too. I also know they make an effort to clean the cups before they send them off to go. They opened a whole new container of peanut butter for me to avoid cross contamination and also used clean blenders (as they would for anyone). The operation is quite lean as these tend to go, and I worry a little for the staff especially if there’s just one person doing it al. But they work hard and deserve massive kudos and management deserves a nice guttural booing.“
