“A fantastic experience at this Ziggis. The staff is a perfect example of superior customer service. The interior is clean. The drinks perfect and fast. Lots of seating, WIFI, nice view of the DQ. OMG try the Zucchini bread, it's the best. I look forward to sitting outside. Kudos to the barista team, they make this place a feel warm and inviting. I'll be back (like tomorrow).“

“I had a rather specific order as a was taking a “monster”size boba to my son 20 minutes away. I originally called to make sure they had the flavor that he wanted ahead of time and then when I got there I asked him for an extra cup of ice to keep my drink cold and they went above and beyond by still giving me a full size drink but putting Boba in syrup on the side so it was fresh and delicious by the time my son got it. After a long day at the dentist this was all my son wanted and I was beyond pleased with the quality, care and customer service was immaculate. We will absolutely be taking the 20 minute drive to come here again even though it is out of our way.“

“I'm addicted! I came here for the first time last weekend after wanting to come here for years. The service was great and the young ladies working were nice and very patient as I asked a million questions. I had the Lemon Squeeze and it was amazing; their fruit (for toppers) was fresh and delicious. The bowls are a bit pricey but honestly, could be shared between 2 people if you wanted. There was a small problem that could go downhill very quickly and I went back the next day to let them know about it. I'm hopeful that it's been resolved and plan to go back after these subzero temps pass. I wouldn't plan on eating in, as there are only one or two chairs for sitting but grab your bowl, head to Coffee shop or nearby park and enjoy!“

Gave four stars due to the flies buzzing around.Parking: The location isn't ideal as most of the lot accommodates the drive thru and there's only a handful of spots to park in the back.“

“My daughter is picky, and she loved the fruity strawberry green tea boba. She ordered through Door Dash (she has no idea where Thornton is in relation to Glendale, so thanks Door Dash dude for driving so far! ?) and the shop included a really cute handwritten note with her drink - there was a drawing of a cat and some boba drinks. As an artist, she really appreciated that part. And I appreciated the heartfelt nature of the note. I never see their backs, only their side if they need to talk to their coworkers. 90% or more of my time at the window, the person in that position is making small talk with me. “Just came in today as frozen as a popsicle. A young man greeted me and volunteered to make a surprise latte. I forgot to ask his name but he made me the most warm and delicious latte.
