The atmosphere is inviting and perfectly captures the rustic charm of the Rockies. What truly made our visit exceptional was Marina. Her knowledge and passion for the whisky were evident, and she graciously guided us through their impressive selection. She allowed us to sample everything we were curious about, patiently answering all our questions.

We ended up taking home two absolutely delightful bottles: the Honey Whisky, which is smooth, sweet, and bursting with natural honey flavor, and the Spicy Ranch, a unique and refreshing condiment that packs a fantastic kick. Both are truly exceptional and reflect the high quality and craftsmanship that Elkins puts into their whisky and products! We also took home two great glass wares!

“Never had such amazing food before outside of my home town. Tacos pastor were truly incredible, my wife had the crispy fish taco and it was crunchy and tender. The different dips for chips each tasted fresh and intense with flavor, and those chips! Warm fresh to the table, crunchy but not crazy thick or thin. The casa margarita was smooth, not weak and not strong that you taste ever sip being overly alcoholic. Our waitress was the best ever, easily felt welcome and checked in and offered other amenities on site as part of the hotel (we were guests). And they had live music too! Easily one of the best dinners out with my wife. We both loved it and wish we came more during our trip.

“Amazing place with a ton of options at the bar! The staff is excellent, very friendly and amazing at what they do. We went for a wedding which they closed down the place for the private event. They made the wedding so welcoming and fun! I can’t wait to come try this place out next time we visit Estes Park!“
