Absolutely delicious. The brisket had a deep smokey flavor and tasted almost like smoked bacon. The sandwich didn't need sauce. Fries were crispy, evenly dusted with cheese and seasoning. This may be the best flavor in Estes Park. I would order this again.

My new favorite Bar and Grill in Estes park! Stopped here to wait for a friend and the time just flew by! Great food, awesome music, excellent service and a variety of alcoholic drinks. Can’t wait to try their other menu items!
