“For years the KFC out here in Falcon had a deservedly bad reputation. I stopped going a few years ago. But I gotta say, yesterday I was really hungry and thought "what the heck." The experience was shockingly good! The place was spotless (I even looked over the counter into the kitchen). The young lady who greeted me at the register was professional, friendly, and (a big one for me in business) looked me in the eye when she was taking my order! The young man who cooked and served my order was likewise professional, and engaged. I was there around 12:30 if you know any of the staff or management. If you've given up on them in the past, I'd maybe consider giving them another shot! (I'm thinkin' new management and/or ownership).“

“my boys really enjoyed it but I thought the chicken was too hard in some spots and extremely dry and way too much powder and the Mac and cheese was super watery and like warm 😞 I was so excited to try it for the first time. maybe it was just a bad first experience. This was the Appleton Wisconsin location near the Fox River Mall. Customer service was wonderful though“

“Overall always excellent but today......ordered an original chicken sandwich meal with a diet Dr Pepper.... Half of the fries missing.....1 had a bite out of it. Asked for 2 BBQ sauces...received 8 along with 2 straws and 12 napkins. A lot of waste that will eventually drive prices up.“
