“The quality of the food is only superseded by the service!! I was ordering for a large group and the website was being troublesome, but when I walked in to place my complicated order in-person the service I received was above and beyond what I expected!! People like Talon, Janice, and Juni give Birdcall a great representation to high-quality experience anyone should expect from its wonderful reputation. I couldn’t recommend this place enough! And I appreciate Talon, Junie, and Janice, for making me feel so special. I appreciate their help so much.On my return: go inside to order!! The staff is amazing; Talin was awesome, again. “This is a great place for a quick, healthy meal.The staff at Chicken Salad Chick are so good it's a little hard to believe this is a fast food place. When I told the cashier I'd never been to a CSC before, she spent three minutes giving me the best sales pitch for a restaurant I've ever had. I loved that she made several menu recommendations.The meals at CSC are reasonably priced and include an entree, a side, and a cookie. This is healthier fast food and side options include fresh fruit, broccoli and salad. Very good value for money.“
“I was at the other location on academy and Platte. They have 2 lanes when u go to drive thru. I was in the online order lane. They gave me my food and told me my shake and drink would come up soon. Well about 10mins of waiting inline at the drive thru. While other cars were getting their orders and leaving from the other lane that was closer to the window. I asked an employee Where's my drink and shake at? He went to go check it out. He came back and asked what I had order. I then asked for a manager. The lady manager came out and asked what I needed. I told her I've been waiting for 10min my drink and shake. She went and got it for me. She didn't say sorry or any thing else when she gave me my drink and shake. By then my food was already getting cold. She had already walked back inside the store before I could tell her.“
“Very cool place!This is my first time visiting, it's so laid back and welcoming. We were greeted by an adorable "bar dog". No, not the local drunk, an actual dog that was sweet and made the place very endearing. The decorations have a kitchy local feel like you're relaxing in your own living room. There was a local band playing 80s and 90s hits and really made the night fun. There are 2 pool tables and darts inside. Outside is a nice seating area with horseshoes and cornhole for some light competitive entertainment. It doesn't get more home-y than this, you gotta check it out for yourself.“

“My child loves this place. The food is really good. Great for cheat day. Only one problem. The food is expensive. We mostly go there for special events or maybe jut for days we want to. I love the food because it is fast food. Who doesn’t like fast food! Pretty fast and surprisingly it doesn’t only have chicken strips. All my kids love it.Kid-friendliness: Great kids toy. “We ordered the Happy family and the sesame chicken, and we're very happy. The fried rice was better than any we've ever had, extremely fresh. We are picky about our Chinese restaurants and this place gives a good solid portion with plenty of meat or shrimp. This will be a go to place for us from here forward.“
