“My first time coming into the restaurant was amazing! One of the managers, Amanda “Panda” was so kind and helpful. She didn’t rush me and she took her time to describe the entrees to me. She even gave me a sample since my daughter has nut allergies. Kudos to the friendly staff, good service, and tasty food!!“

“Best Gluten Free Chinese food I’ve ever had! Me and 2 of my daughters have gluten and dairy issues, one has celiac. We have eaten here many times and never gotten sick! The food is so good! We always order GF for everyone in the family so we can all eat it and no one can tell a difference! The owner is Amazing! Great service! Love this place so much!!“

“We have been dining in and frequently take out the delicious food from Xiangs!! Out of every Chinese restaurant in Colorado Springs you will not find family homemade fried rice and the variety of soup this location makes. Over 20 years of excellent service and literally the food is authentic and among the best with great customer service! I highly recommend the freshly made dine-in experience!“

“Absolutely love this place! Their food is delicious! Went Monday night to pick up food for the Nuggets game and I picked it because someone had mentioned it was good, which is an understatement! Then went back tonight to dine in with my mother in law and a friend. They offer combos for dinner too, most places only do combos with soup and egg roll at lunch. They offer a single combo which includes a huge bowl of soup, spring roll, wonton and choice of fried or steamed rice and it was only $13.95!! The servings were huge. I brought home enough for 3 more meals. The hot and sour soup was the best I have ever had! The staff is wonderful and on top of things. The best part? They have the most adorable little cat robot, that just carries out the food to your table. Which is nice because it all comes at once and the server doesn’t have to carry it. This little robot does not replace the staff by any means, but have to say she was so cute, talking to us I felt I had to talk back to her too! lol ! Highly recommend going here, to take out or dine in!!“

“18 Wok is our go-to Chinese restaurant for a quick and delicious meal! The food is consistently flavorful and fresh, and the staff is always friendly and efficient. We've never had a bad experience here - the service is fast and the prices are reasonable. The staff's warm smiles and welcoming attitude make us feel like regulars. Whether we're in the mood for lo mein, dumplings, or orange chicken 18 Wok never disappoints. Highly recommend!" 5/5 stars“

“Really tasty take out or delivery food. Entree portions are always big enough to share, or you can stretch one order to cover a couple of meals. Only three stars for service and atmosphere because the rice is a really small portion especially if you order for three or more, the online pay portal accepts tips, but the receipt on pickup is printed in a way prompting a second tip (can’t even see tip you already paid on p/u receipt), and dining in is just okay (normal strip mall seating vibe). I do recommend the food for flavorful take out or delivery!“

“Ordered there shrimp fried rice meal came with soup, egg roll and cream cheese wonton. I enjoy it it was very good I should have ask for bean sprouts cause I think they belong in fried rice in from Detroit and man out that way the fried rice is the best. But this place gave me run for my money. I like how the rice was without soy sauce it was good that’s how u know good fried rice if you eat it without the soy sauce and it taste good then u got you some good food. Over all I would eat here again and I would recommend the portion size you could feed two people off that one meal seriously.“

“Ordered a lunch special vegetable lo mein with egg drop soup. Service was fast and the lady who greeted me was friendly. Lo mein was yummy and i feel like it was a decent portion size for the price. However, the egg drop soup has a thick, kinda strange consistency. The taste was fine and normal for egg drop, so it may not be an issue for others, just not my favorite.“

“This is a fantastic restaurant. It is delicious and the portions are large. This is truly “homemade” food that’s good for the soul. There was a person in the lobby listening to his phone on full volume which made us ant to leave but otherwise it’s a fantastic place to eat.

I’d also like to add that anyone who says that this place is “just like other restaurants” needs to get their taste buds checked. Just the breaded chicken alone lacks the fats that other restaurants leave in them. Noodles are flavorful and sauces are exquisite.“

“I have dined in, had food delivered and to go orders from New China Inn II for the past eight years. They have very good service, exceptional food and rapid delivery service. I have introduced friends to the restaurant and none have been disappointed. One of my friends lived several places in Asia and said their food was exceptional for the States and better than most places in LA & San Francisco. I would recommend that they stop using so much fake crab meat in their seafood dishes.“

“I've been ordering here for t5whe past 5 to 8 years. The food has always been soooo good and portion size feeds my family of 6. But I had tto give it a 4 because the past 2 times I've ordered the food was off.. it did not taste right at all. I think only the owner can actually cook the food possibly, idk. The last time I had called about the food tasting really weird I got hung up on. I was not rude, mean or anything of the sort but I still got hung up on. That was the first and last time I will probably do that.“
