“Good food, great atmosphere. Service is fast and friendly. We ordered some Szechuan style dishes and they are pretty good. We have eaten many great authentic Szechuan dishes before and this is no exception, however something is missing in the flavor and I can’t quite pinpoint it out. I do recommend this place but still on a hunt for a better Szechuan restaurant.“

“My parents were born in China and I lived in Taipei for 20 years. So the name of the restaurant is very special to me. I ate there a few times before they changed the owner. I had lunch with my wife and our good friend Sue on Friday. The new owner and the waitress were very friendly. We ordered sautéed loofah and Yang Zhou boiled bean curd strips. They both were delicate and soft, very tasty. We also ordered pork belly w/Chinese pickled cabbage, the meat is tender and juicy, and the appetizer deep fried five spiced tofu which was perfectly cooked more than what we paid for. The owner, the lovely lady, even brought a free handmade scallion pancake to welcome me back. The pancake was fragrant, thin, crispy and delicious. We definitely will come back to this restaurant again in the future!“
