“This is the only Chinese restaurant that actually tastes like authentic Chinese food! Every dish is worth every bite! I don't think you can go wrong with any dish at Wok Spicy! We'll never order from anyplace else! Delicious! We had the Short ribs, Combination Lo Mein, the Dry Green Beans, Spicy Edamame, and Crispy Wontons. We had to order a lot so we could have the leftovers! 😋 AMAZING!“

“Came here for dinner on a weeknight while on a work trip. The place was not crowded and we got to chat with Sandy, the owner who was very courteous, sweet, friendly and passionate for his work. Food was delicious, we ordered tandoori paneer momo, veg manchurian, masala noodles, chicken butter masala and garlic naan. Everything was cooked well, and flavors were lovely. Veg manchurian was a perfect crunchy and saucy texture. We loved the smoky wok hei in the masala noodles. If I am in Denver again I would definitely come back!“

“Good food, although quite mild, i was expecting some spice on items marked with a hot pepper menu icon. I think I fall into the white Anglo trope and thus get served rather bland seasonings, so I should speak up. But the service and atmosphere are super attentive and excellent. I could easily carry on a convo with my wife and hear clearly. Sadly this is partly because, even on a Friday night, the place is only half full. They deserve more business!“

“We had a really great dinner here and enjoyed everything we ordered! We tried the Guo Bao Rou (crispy sweet and sour pork), Liang Pi (cold noodles), Mao Xue Wang, and grilled fish. Every dish had its own flavor and was delicious.

The Guo Bao Rou was one of my favorites. It was crispy on the outside and tender inside, with a really nice sweet and tangy flavor. The Liang Pi was refreshing and flavorful, and it was a great dish to have alongside the spicier food.

The Mao Xue Wang was rich, spicy, and full of flavor. If you enjoy authentic spicy Chinese food, this is definitely worth trying. The grilled fish was also excellent—very flavorful and perfect for sharing with family or friends.

The portions were generous, everything came out fresh and hot, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The restaurant was also clean and comfortable.

Overall, we were very happy with our meal. It’s not always easy to find a place that does so many different Chinese dishes well, but everything we tried here was impressive. We will definitely be back to try more dishes next time. Highly recommended!“

“I am a regular here, the food almost never fails to disappoint. People complain about the prices but you can get a genuinely filling meal with an appetizer for <$13. I do understand the frustration of not having a drink included but I just think that’s not common practice at Chinese take out spots. If you decide to buy without an appetizer it is still almost always <$10. The food is great, it’s filling portions you’ll always finish or try to finish your plate and end up feeling fulfilled. I don’t quite understand the negative reviews given the price and quality of this place. Truly one of the cheapest and best spots in Colorado.“
